Dr. Clark Colon-Bowel Cleanse.

Directions:

Cascara Sagrada: For adults and children 12 or more years of age, 1 or 2 capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to 11 years of age take 1 capsule at bedtime with a full glass of water after talking to a health professional. For children under 12 consult a health professional.

Fennel Seed: Adults take up to 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals, or as directed by a health professional. Children, 12 and over, take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day with meals, or as directed by a health professional.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.

Turmeric: Adults take up to 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals, or as directed by a health professional. Children, 12 and over, take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day with meals, or as directed by a health professional.

Dr. Clark Colon-Bowel Quick Cleanse.

Directions:

The first day take 1 capsule 3 times for a total of 3 capsules. Then take up to 3 capsules 3 times daily, for a total of 9 capsules per day. Take at meal time, or as directed by a health professional.

In addition to cleansing Dr. Clark recommends increased sanitation.  Balancing the bacteria in your gut, then continuing to eat bacteria–laden foods may allow the constipation, gas and bloating to return to your body.  To avoid this, she recommends you sanitize your foods and hands.  One of the most effective sanitation methods for your fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, is Dr. Clark Lugol’s Iodine (sold separately).

Are other colon cleanses causing you to have diarrhea?
Unlike other colon cleanses we don’t mix cascara sagrada into the entire formula.  We pack it separately (included in the cleanse box), so you can use it only when you need it.  Please use only as directed.

Digestive Enzymes
Other products (sold separately) that help with digestion are of course Digestive Enzymes. But you don’t need to take the enzymes directly. Instead you can take Vitamin B2 and Magnesium to help stimulate pepsin (enzyme) formation. However never take B2 and Magnesium too close to mealtime, since they make your stomach more alkaline.

  1. Color: Dark BM are healthier, not black. 
  2. Length: Long BMs are an indicator of a healthy colon.  For example, a child can empty the entire descending colon. Vitality, however, decreases with age and we end up only emptying a little bit at a time.
  3. Shape: Ideally an adult with a healthy colon should be able to empty the entire sigmoid colon and be able to see a “U” shaped bowel movement.
  4. Frequency: Dr. Clark considers one BM per meal to be ideal,    which would result in 3 short BMs per day.  However she also states that even one longer BM a day is quite good.
  5. Effort: A healthy BM is produced without strain.
  6. Form: A healthy BM is perfectly formed, does not float and has a good consistency, not too hard, not too soft.   It leaves no trace on the toilet paper.
